Please add a field for hours allocated to a project that decreases as time is entered.
I would like to see the ability to enter the total time allocated to a project and have the time entered subtracted from that total. Maybe have a list of team members (not just shares) that are eligible to add hours to the project.

We like this idea, and are thinking of how this could be implemented. It ́s probably going to be a project setting where you can set the estimated time, but still wondering where to show "remaining time" without getting messy in the interface. Any ideas? -

Maybe in the grey space between the play/stop button and the Today and Week hours?
Doesn't make sense to have the label up top with the Today and Week labels, but you could add the label and the time remaining in that area. Maybe even have it turn red as you approach zero!
Something like:
> Remaining: 4:30 0:30 20:30 -

Wanted to clean up on the interface, so adding another column with remaining time is probably not an option. It ́s so many numbers.
Will probably be a report feature if implemented, and maybe a notification feature when you close up to the limit. -

Wow. I don't think the interface is crowded at all (maybe it was 4 months ago...I'm new). All you have is name, the icons, and then today and week. I don't think adding another column showing time remaining would clutter it up all that much. You could make it a "Setting":
-Show Time Remaining
-Show Time This Week (I don't particularly care about this one)
-Show Time This Year (Again, not one I would care about)
-Show Time Since Start (Would love you to add this)
Then users can choose how to balance crowding vs. showing the needed info without having to run a report.
Another really cool one would be to show time since last invoice...some clients we don't bill until there's been a minimum number of hours. -

I love this product, but really need to be able to allocate an amount of work to a project/task. It doesn't really matter where it shows, as long as it can be reported on. A % complete indicator might be useful for project managers.
I think this would take Yast from a task tracker to a really useful resource allocation tool. If you know how much work you've got in, how much you've done and how many people you have, you can pretty much handle resource scheduling in report format. -

This would be a sweet feature, can't wait for it to be implemented.

"week" is a useless category for us, we need to know the time, we put into "projects". Same for the list of time entries, we need see the total and not a list for one week only.
I think this is a typical need for people who work on different projects for longer time periods. It's easy enough to integrate in the interface, just let us decide, what we want to look at: "Today", Week", "Estimates" or "Sum".
We and our customers need this info very often, please don't hide it in the reports. And please answer: Will you come up with a solution? When will it be ready? Thank you. -
